StartCapital Partners is an early stage investment fund that participates in Dutch Tech Start-up organizations. In addition to its own resources, they use the RVO Seed Capital scheme of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. They are positioned between Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists.

StartCapital Parners does not focus on a specific technology or sector, but focuses on young innovative entrepreneurs who have passed the Angel phase, see the first turnover coming and now want to grow fast. In addition to financing, they offers  specific experience and a large network in ICT/technology, (Sustainable) Energy, Human Resources, Social Communities, Finance, Legal and Education.
