CNBB Equity Partners (“CNBB”) is a Rotterdam-based software investment firm founded in 2007 by serial entrepreneurs Arco van Nieuwland (co-founder of Exact) and Lucas Brentjens (former CEO of Exact). They are a specialized investment fund with a focus on growth and buy-out investments in B2B SaaS businesses in the Benelux, UK and DACH.

CNBB does both growth investments and buy-outs, supporting software companies in every stage of their development. They work together with the founders and their teams to accelerate growth, access new markets, optimize existing business models and build platforms through acquisitions.
