Het team investeert in en ondersteunt life sciences bedrijven en dat begint vaak bij een professor met een patent. Voor neurowetenschapper Felice Verduyn \u2013 Van Weegen komen bij LSP twee liefdes samen: de inhoud van wetenschap en de snelheid van strategy consulting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Felice heeft een achtergrond in de wetenschap en werkte ook bij McKinsey. Bij LSP kijkt ze als Investment Manager naar innovaties op alle gebieden van de wetenschap maar in het bijzonder naar medicijnontwikkeling en medische apparatuur. \u201cIn de meest innovatieve bedrijven investeren we en blijven we een aantal jaar aan boord. Bij een paar daarvan zit ik in de board. Omdat we bij LSP zoveel bedrijven zien, met al hun successen en mislukkingen, kunnen we goed meedenken. Welke strategische richting is verstandig, hoe versterk je een team, hoe kan ons LSP-netwerk van pas komen? We zien the bigger picture en dat helpt bedrijven.
