Emerce posted an article about yesterday’s book launch. On February 1, 2022 the launch of the book STARTUP FUNDING took place in Amsterdam. The authors, Sjoerd Mol (Benvalor) and our own Thomas Mensink (Golden Egg Check) were able to hand over the first copy of the book to Prince Constantijn van Oranje.<\/p>\n

In this book Sjoerd Mol and Thomas Mensink describe the entire process from investor readiness to exit. They explain what the business model of venture capital investors is, how they assess startups, the best way to fundraise and how to get to an optimal termsheet. In short, everything you need to know about venture capital and how to get it!<\/p>\n
