De Seed Capital-regeling is een lening van de overheid tot maximaal zes miljoen euro voor fondsen die risicovol kapitaal beschikbaar stellen voor startups. Hoewel bewezen fondsen zoals HenQ, Peak Capital en Slingshot op schema liggen, blijft 57% achter bij de uitgesproken verwachting. Het lijkt Golden Egg Check-oprichter Thomas Mensink sterk dat de fondsen geen startups kunnen vinden die risicovol groeigeld kunnen gebruiken.
